Ms. Taub began her career in 1993 as in-house counsel for a national corporation.
She handled complex commercial litigation matters throughout the country
in state, federal, and appellate courts. Ms. Taub has numerous published
opinions, including Hill v. Pope, 2009 WL 498633, D.Colo., February 24,
2009, Heim v. Heim, 712 So. 2d 1238 (Fla. 4th DCA 1998), Bloch v. Gevinson,
855 So. 2d 729 (Fla. App. 4th DCA 2003), H.W. Gay Enterprises, Inc. v.
John Hall Elec. Contracting, Inc., 792 So. 2d 580 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001),
Boice v. Warnstedt, 696 So. 2d 448 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997).
Ms. Taub joined Taub & Taub, P.C. in 1997. She now concentrates exclusively in the areas of domestic relations, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody, child support, visitation issues, paternity actions, adoptions, high conflict matters, protection orders, high asset cases and post-judgment modifications of orders and agreements.
Ms. Taub prides herself on presenting her clients with all available options in connection with their family law needs, whether it is a negotiated settlement or a contentious custody dispute. Her goal is to remove the stress that exists in these emotionally-charged cases and meet the unique needs of her clients.
Ms. Phillips began her career handling divorce, adoption, and paternity matters at the Washburn Law Clinic while still earning her law degree. She joined Taub & Taub, P.C. in 2017 and expanded her practice areas to include legal separation, criminal defense, domestic violence and civil restraining orders, and post-judgment modifications. Ms. Phillips strives to help her clients understand their options and develop the confidence to make educated collaborative decisions. Her goal is to obtain the best long-term result for each unique client, so they can move on with their best foot forward.
